SimpleWebflow builds and hosts small business websites. These terms apply to
everyone who uses simplewebflow.com or a site we host for them.

We aim to have your site live within 24 hours of payment. Most are live within
minutes. If we cannot deliver your site within 7 days, you may request a full
refund of the build fee.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about your business,
and you confirm you have the right to use the business name, logo and any
material you supply. You must not ask us to build a site that is unlawful,
fraudulent, impersonates another business, or promotes prohibited goods or
services. We may refuse or remove any site on those grounds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your site and domain remain active
until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the site is taken
offline. You may request an export of your site before that point.
Your domain is yours. If you cancel, you may transfer it to another registrar;
we will not hold it. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain
has been registered, because the registrar charges us immediately and does not
refund.
The build fee is refundable within 14 days if we have not yet delivered your
site. Hosting is refundable pro rata for the unused part of the current period.
Domain registration is not refundable, as above.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising
from downtime, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is
limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you
before it takes effect.
